Thomas Jacobsen
Thomas Jacobsen is a graduate of UCF, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, as well as personal training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He believes the best part of his job is seeing his clients become proud of what they’ve accomplished in the gym and to see the happiness and balance that exercise can bring to their lives. With Thomas, you will learn the best ways to perform each exercise, and you will also learn exactly what they are meant to do for you. He focuses on the details of every exercise movement to make sure your end result is an injury free, well-proportioned body with good posture. His passion is helping everyone, from beginners of all ages to advanced gym-goers, to get excited about exercise and to give everyone the knowledge and confidence to change their lives. Expect to leave each session knowing you’re well on your way to a happier, healthier you!
Maggie Jernigan
Maggie Jernigan is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Developing a passion for health and fitness at an early age, she’s turned that passion into a career focused on helping others become fit and, more importantly, healthy. Employing her training philosophy of inspiring, empowering and educating, Maggie helps her clients achieve their fitness goals and develop a healthy lifestyle. She emphasizes the importance of making it a part of one’s daily life and adopting “healthy” habits, resulting in her clients feeling confident through their own personal strength from achieving incremental milestones. Maggie customizes each and every training session based on her client’s individual goal, fitness level and body type. Making each training session fun, safe and effective, she focuses on proper technique and uses a combination of cardio, core, flexibility and strength training, with emphasis on proper nutrition.
Fox Forlenza
Fox Forlenza, Certified Personal Trainer and Results Club Trainer, is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). The impetus for his fitness journey began through his belief that a life without good health and good intentions is a life wasted. His engaging personality, vast experience in customer service and members-first mentality provide excellent resources and intentions to help Anytime Fitness, Winter Park members and clients get a healthier place.
As a Results Club Trainer, he helps members get to a healthier place anytime, anywhere through virtual services, custom workouts and progress checks. Whether in the gym or at home, clients can expect workouts tailored to their goals using the equipment or resources they have available through Fox’s uniquely adapted workouts.
Kevin McGaha
Kevin is a certified personal trainer and co-owner of Anytime Fitness, Winter Park. He has extensive experience with a cross-section of demographics from teenagers to more mature clients. He also trains a wide range of activity levels and lifestyle goals, including weight loss, muscle building and sports-specific.
Patrick McGaha, Jr.
Patrick is the Member Experience Manager at Anytime Fitness, Winter Park and is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment conducive to helping members and clients reach their fitness goals. His goal is to help the residents in the greater Winter Park area get more active and fit.
